The ability to analyze more than 1,000 items of data simultaneously makes it possible to detect subtle deterioration in communication quality that is difficult for humans to notice, as well as unknown problems.

In a trial operation that began in December 2019, quality improvement workers were able to extract appropriate countermeasures from the results of AI problem detection, and network quality optimization using AI helped customers further improve communication quality. Proven to connect.
When the 5G era comes, it is expected that networks will become more complex, communication traffic will increase, and customer needs will diversify. In the future, we will use AI to predict future communication traffic and learn improvement methods accumulated within DOCOMO.
