All of Spain on alert for the Ernest storm: these are the most affected provinces

The The coasts of the Basque Country and Cantabria are on red alert this Monday (extreme risk) due to strong wind and waves of up to 9 meters, while in the rest of Spain -except the Canary Islands- there are orange (significant risk) and yellow (risk) warnings for winds of up to 110 kilometers per hour and snowfall.As reported the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), the coasts of Cantabria, Vizcaya and Guipúzcoa are on red alert due to strong waves and combined sea force 10.In orange alert are Andalusia, Aragon, Asturias, the interior of Cantabria and the Basque Country, Castilla-La Mancha, Galicia and Murcia, by strong wind and sometimes by bad sea and snow.
